All About Mrs. Austin

My name is Abbie Austin and I have been teaching for 5 years. This is my third year teaching first grade. I graduated from The University of West Georgia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and I am currently working on my masters in Elementary Reading and Literacy. I will be finished this May and I am so excited. I have lived in this area my whole life and I am excited to be teaching here. I have been married to my husband Blake for two years.  We just bought our first house this summer and are very excited.  I enjoy reading, traveling, anything outdoors, and spending time with my family.  I love Georgia everything and I am a huge Duke basketball fan!  I am so excited about the upcoming year.
